摘要 采用间歇鼓泡碳化法制备碳酸钙晶须,考察了碳化反应温度、灰乳相对密度、添加剂用量、搅拌转速等因素对碳酸钙粒子的最大晶须长度及长径比的影响.结果表明,在碳化反应温度为70~80 ℃、灰乳相对密度≤1.03、搅拌转速为200~400 r/min及添加剂浓度(质量分数)为0.4%~0.6%的条件下,可以合成出晶须长度为50~80 μm、长径比为40~50的碳酸钙产品. Calcium carbonate wiskers with high aspect ratios are synthesized by batch bubbling carbonate method. The influence of temperature, concentration of Ca(OH)_2 , dosage of additives and stirring time on the size and morphology of calcium carbonate particles are studied. The result shows that, the calcium carbonate whiskers with high aspect ratio 40~50 and length 50~80 μm, can be prepared under the following reaction conditions : temperature 70~80 ℃,specific density of Ca(OH)_2≤1.03,stirring speed 200~400 r/min and concentration of additives 0.4%~0.6%.
