摘要
建立了一套超临界流体萃取小试装置,从大豆粉中提取精制大豆磷脂,并分别探讨了压力、温度、时间、夹带剂比例、大豆粉粒度等因素对萃取收率及质量的影响。得出最佳反应条件:压力20MPa,温度55℃,时间90min, 流量15L/min,使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定收率。
Experimental facilities of pilot test scale for supercritical fluid extraction is installed and used for extracting soy phospholipid from soy powder. The factors such as pressure, temperature, extraction time, entrainment ratio and size of soy powder influencing the yield and quality of the product are studied. The optimal conditions are as follows : pressure 20 MPa, temperature 55 ℃, time 90 min and flow rate 15 L/min. HPLC is used for determination of content of phospholipid .
