摘要
目的:比较研究软骨鱼系动物(孔鳐)与爬行纲动物(乌龟、中华鳖、翠青蛇)的“HbA2 (血红蛋白A2 )现象”。方法:将动物溶血液和其红细胞悬浮液并排进行淀粉-琼脂糖混合凝胶电泳,观察有无差异。结果:软骨鱼类动物孔鳐“HbA2现象”阳性;爬行纲动物乌龟“HbA2现象”阳性,中华鳖和翠青蛇“HbA2现象”阴性。结论: 在生物进化中,两类动物血红蛋白结构的不同造成了“HbA现象”的不同。
Objective:To investigate the 'HbA 2 Phenomenon' of Reptilia (Geoclemys reevesii, Amyda Sinensis, Opheodrys Major)and Chondrichthyes(Raja Porosa). Methods:Hemolysate and erythrocyte from animal were analysed by parallel electrophoresis of Agarose-Starch mixed gel to observe if there is difference in 'HbA 2 Phenomenon' between Reptilia and Chondrichthyes. Results:The'HbA 2 Phenomenon'ofChondrichthyes(Raja Porosa) was positive;The'HbA 2 Phenomenon'ofGeoclemys reevesii was positive but the'HbA 2 Phenomenon'of Amyda Sinensis and Opheodrys Major was negative .Conclusion:In the process of biologic evolution ,the structures of Hb from two species of animals are different ,which causes the difference of the'HbA 2 Phenomenon'of the two species of animals (Chondrichthyes and Reptilia)
