扩大的Mantel－Haenszel检验方法在疾病统计中的应用

THE USE OF EXTENSIONS OF MANTEL- HAENSZEL PROCEDURE IN DISEASE STATISTICS

传统的扩大的Ｍａｎｔｅｌ－Ｈａｅｎｓｚｅｌ检验方法通常用于病例对照研究和队列研究。本文把这一方法扩大应用于一种疾病或一组疾病的发病资料的趋势性估计。该方法不仅能够用于控制年龄或其它变量的混淆作用和进行暴露与疾病剂量反应关系的显著性检验，而且可以用于估计一组疾病中每一种疾病对趋势的相对强度及其对总趋势作用的相对贡献大小。这是一个简单而有效的方法，其可以广泛地应用于疾病统计资料的分析。

The traditional extensions of Matel-Haenszel proce- dure are usually used to case-control studies and cohort studies. The present paper expands the use or this method to the evalution of trend of the prevanlence or incidence of a disease or a group of diseases.The method not only can be used to control confounding effect of age or other vari-ables and test the statistical singnificance of dose-response relationships between exposure and disease,but also can be usesd to assess the relative “strengths”of trends for spe-cific disease subgroups and the relative contributions to the overall trend. this is a simple and efective method.It may be widely used in the analysis of data on disesse statistics.
