Different geographical cultures, thinking patterns and philosophical values are the roots of the language differences, which contribute to the differences in cohesive devices. The differences in syntactic structure between the two languages are reflected, to various extents, in such cohesive devices as reference, omission, substitution and conjunction reflect.
