摘要对近20年来利用Diels-Alder反应合成单萜、倍半萜、二萜类天然产物的方法进行了较全面的综述,涉及了跨环Diels-Alder反应(IMDA)、杂原子Diels-Alder反应(HDA)、分子内Diels-Alder反应(INDA)等反应类型;并对手性配体催化、超声催化、Lewis酸催化等多种方式下进行的Diels-Alder反应作了较为详细的介绍. The application of Diels-Alder reaction to the syntheses of monoterpene,sesquiuterpenes and diterpenes is reviewed in detail.Dozens of methods such as TADA,HAD,IMDA are introduced.The Diels-Alder reactions catalyzed by chair liganeds, ultrasound and Lewis acid are also discussed.
