鄂尔多斯地区宫颈癌与人乳头瘤病毒几种亚型关系的研究

Relationship Between Cervical Cancer and Subtypes of Human Papilloma Virus in Erdos Region

目的:研究鄂尔多斯地区宫颈癌与人乳头瘤病毒几种亚型关系,探讨用聚合酶连锁反应(PCR)检测宫颈癌石蜡组织切片中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV) 6 / 11、16、18、31、33、35亚型的可行性。方法:用PCR检测4 5例鄂尔多斯地区宫颈癌石蜡组织切片中HPV 6 / 11、16、18、31、33及35型。结果:4 5例宫颈癌石蜡组织切片中,HPV 6 / 11型占4 . 4 % (2 / 45 ) ,16型6 0 . 0 % (2 7/ 45 )、18型6 . 7% (3/ 45 )、31型2 . 2 % (1/ 45 )、33型2 . 2 % (1/ 45 )、35型2 .2 % (1/ 45 )。各型均为阴性者3例,6 7% (3/ 45 ) ;复合型(同时存在两种亚型者) 7例,占15 . 6 % (7/ 45 ) ,其中包括6 / 11+ 18 1例、16 + 18 2例、16 + 31 1例、18+ 31 1例、18+ 33 1例、31+ 35 1例。结论:PCR可用于检测宫颈癌石蜡组织切片中多种HPV亚型,操作简便可靠,有利于临床应用。

Objective:To study the relationship betw ee n cervical cancer and subtypes of human papilloma virus (HPV)in Erdos region ,an d evaluate the feasibility of detection of HPV subtype 6/11,16,18,31,33 and 35 b y PCR technique.Methods:HPV subtypes in 45 sections of cervical cancer were detected by PCR technique.Results:Of 45 HP V,2 were positive in type 6/11,27 in type 16,3 in type 18,1 in type 31,1 in type 33,1 in type 35,3 in all subtypes ,7 in mixed types.Conclusion:PCR technique is simple and easy to clinically apply in detecting HPV subtypes in paraffin section of cervical cancer.
