结缔组织生长因子与眼病

摘要 结缔组织生长因子是近年新发现的细胞因子。它在促纤维化、细胞外基质产生、促新生血管形成等方面发挥重要的生物学作用。本文主要就结缔组织生长因子与增生性视网膜病变及其它相关眼病的关系作一综述。
