There are more and more serious environmental problems happened with economic development.The environmental law is becoming more and more important, but the precondition of rule by law is the scientific and perfect legal force system.The paper summaries the legal force system of China,and analyzes the present problems existed now and discusses the road how to get legal aid by the people.
