浅议西双版纳热带雨林保护中的生态补偿机制

Brief Talk on Ecological Compensation System when Protecting Rain Forests in Xishuangbanna

西双版纳热带雨林是地球同一纬度上保存较为完好的大面积热带雨林,生物多样性保护受到国内外的广泛关注。处理好目前西双版纳在发展和保护中存在的远期与短期利益、局部与全局利益矛盾突出的问题,需要建立科学合理的国家生态补偿机制。分析了西双版纳热带雨林保护现状和存在的主要问题,结合实际,依据可持续发展的原理,提出了建立生态补偿的对策和建议。

The rain forest in Xishuangbanna is a large and intact rain forests protected well at the same latitude on the earth,and biodiversity protection in Xishuangbanna attracts poplar attentions from domestic and abroad.It is necessary to build scientific and reasonable ecological compensation system in Xishuangbanna to solve the conflicts among short-term,and long-term profits,and partial and total profits.The article analyzes the existing problems and provides the suggestions and countermeasures on how to build ecological compensation system in Xishuangbanna based on sustainable development theory.
