摘要
我国的环境保护事业在党和政府的领导下取得了巨大成就,但环境污染和生态破坏问题还没有从根本上解决。主要论述了经济发展与环境保护相协调原则,探讨了经济与环境协调发展的实现形式,提出了建立环境保护与经济建设综合决策机制、加强环境法制建设、实施可持续发展、依靠科技进步、积极推广新技术、增加环境保护的投入和积极开展国际、国内环保合作等措施。
The article dissertates the harmony principles between economic development and environmental protection,and discusses the harmony form of economic development and environmental protection including building comprehensive decision-making system,and strengthening the construction of environmental laws,and carrying out sustainable development and developing new technologies.
