“保留死刑、少杀慎杀”是我党长期坚持的死刑政策,体现了刑罚的改造功能价值,可以尽量避免错杀,保存活证据,使反腐斗争深入。同时有利于保持社会稳定,巩固共产党的执政地位。这既符合我国的实际,也顺应了世界刑罚的发展潮流。在我国的死刑适用中,仍要坚持“少杀慎杀”原则,废除经济犯罪的死刑,积极适用死缓制度,鼓励犯人立功受奖。

'Killing a little and Killing Carafully'that is the execution policy which our Party has been insisting for a long time.It shows the renewal function,not only avoiding miskilling to keep living Proof and fighting against corruption but also for the sake of keeping social stability to strength the Party's administrative abitity.It is suitable for our Country's reality and the developing trend of criminal laws in the world in China.We should insist on the systom of 'Killing a little and Killing Carefully',abolishing economic execution,adapting stay of execution positively and encouraging prisoners behave well
