Nowadays the competition all over the world is increasingly keen. The competition on economy and that on science and technology are in the final analysis the competition on education and talents. Therefore, enhancing the overall quality of the Labourer has the crucial significance on the development of the Nations' social economy. Higher vocational education undertakes the task of training the Labourer. Its development will greatly influence the enhancing of the Labourer's quality and the quality of products; will greatly influence the development of productive forces and social economy.
