摘要
设计了一种基于微机和单片机串行通信的图像处理、传输及控制系统。图像文件来自微机,并经软件(Windows环境下)处理编码,通过RS-2 3 2 -C接口分步传给单片机。单片机接收解读后,编程、控制、驱动3台步进电机,按图像X、Y坐标及各像素点灰度值完成在材料上的立体雕刻。
A system is designed, which is an image processing and operation system based on computer and single-chip microcomputer communication. The software in computer could deal with the image, and see the sculpted image anticipatively. The task of single-chip microcomputer is taking actions to image data that were transferred by computer through RS-232-C interface. And according to these data, driving three electro-motors. At last, finishing the 3D sculpture on material.
