摘要
以静转矩解析为依据,通过仿真计算对凹坑式单相永磁步进电机的凹坑半径、凹坑圆心位置半径、定子铁芯内径、转子永磁体外径以及转子永磁体轴向长度等结构参数对定位转矩和互转矩幅值的影响规律进行了定量描述,其结论可作为该型电机的设计依据。
In this paper,based on the analytic expression,a simulation is provided to describe the effect of structure parameter(concavity radius,inner radius of stator,outer radius of permanent magnet and axis length of permanent magnet)of single-phase permanent magnet stepping motor with concavity structure on cogging torque and mutual torpue,the results can be used by the this kind of motor design.
