摘要
对马铃薯渣制备膳食纤维的酶法水解液,制备单细胞蛋白饲料进行了研究。试验结果表明,单细胞蛋白边糖化边发酵的摇瓶培养的较优工艺条件为:底物浓度为8% (添加8%的麸皮水)、初始pH为4 5、接种量为15 %、葡萄糖淀粉酶加入量为10 0U/g(原料中淀粉)、青霉素加量为80U/g(原料)、培养温度为2 8℃、培养时间为6 0h、转速为2 5 0r/min。在此条件下,干酵母产量最高为19 .92 0g/l,单细胞蛋白中的蛋白质含量达12 . 2 7%。
A study on the production of single-cell protein feedstuff from enzymolysis solution of potato residue was carried out.The results showed that better fermentation condition isin flask,in diastatic action and fermention combination way were 8% enzymolysis solution (including 8% wheat bran solution),initial pH4.5,cultuing temperature 28 ℃,culturing time 60 h,rotation speed 250 r/min,15% inoculation size,100 U/g(crude starch) glucoamylase,80 U/g(material) penicillin.Under these condi tions,the yield of yeast reaches 19.920 g/l,crude protein of the fermentation dried product was 12.27%.
