摘要 为了减少电厂锅炉点火和稳燃用油消耗量,最终达到无油点火,采用与传统不同的新工艺,该新工艺既可提高燃烧过程的经济性,又可以改善火电厂的生态条件。丰城电厂1~4号炉自采用新工艺D L Z-200型等离子点火系统以来,节约了大量的燃油,实现了少油点火和低负荷下无油稳燃,为当前各电厂进行燃油系统改造、实现锅炉无油点火或低负荷稳燃提供了较好的经验。 With the worldwide lack of the energy,the price of the petroleum is contin ually increasing.In order to decrease the power plant oil wastage on unit start -up and keeping the flame stable with part load to perform oil -free sta rt -up at end,the Model DLZ -200Plasma Ignition System(MDPIS),a new technology which is much more d ifferent from traditional technique should be applied.It can n ot only make the burning process more economical but also improve the ecologic condition of the power plant.FengCheng power plant have saved much fuel -oil and performed few -oil ignition a nd kept the flame stable with part load on oil-free condition since the MDPIS appl ied.This successful experience has provided valuable reference for other power p lants on the alteration of oil -syste m,the performame of oil -free start -up and on keeping the flame stable with part lo ad.
