摘要
对某发电厂断裂的汽轮机螺栓进行化学成分、硬度、金相、扫描电镜、力学性能分析,分析结果显示导致其发生断裂的主要原因是制作螺栓的钢材中存在较多脆性非金属夹杂物。
He Feng -sheng,Lu Fang -rong,Pan Rong -shengAbstrast:A turbine bolt fractured in a power pl ant.The chemical composition,mech anical performance and metallurgic al structure of the fractured bolt were analyzed.Electron -probe analysis was also conducted.The results indi cate that large numbers of non -metallic impurities are the cause of the fracture.
