“速必歼”芳香杀虫灵的研制

Study on "Su Bi Jian" Aromatic Insecticide

为了克服酒精制剂和油基型卫生杀虫剂易燃、价昂、带刺激性气味、易造成空气污染等缺点，我们研制了水基型复方杀虫剂──“速必歼”芳香杀虫灵。按ＤＢ５１／７８－９１标准测试，以１ｍｌ／ｍ３喷雾，对致乏库蚊ＫＴ５０为０．７３ｍｉｎ，ＫＴ９５为１．９０ｍｉｎ：对家蝇ＫＴ５０为１．０ｍｉｎ，ＫＴ９５为３．３０ｍｉｎ，２４ｈ死亡率均达１００％；对德国小蠊ＫＴ５０为２．５２ｍｉｎ，ＫＴ９５为１１．１７ｍｉｎ，４８ｈ死亡率达１００％。对苍蝇和蟑螂的杀灭效果优于日本产品“象球”。毒性试验，大鼠经口ＬＤ５０为１０．８２ｇ／ｋｇ，家兔皮肤、眼结膜刺激试验阴性。现场试验表明，本制剂对人皮肤、眼睑无刺激性，气味芳香，特别是对蟑螂还有诱杀驱赶作用，药效稳定性可达１年半。

In order to overcome the shortecmings of alcohol and oil-soluble insecticides the 'Su Bi Jian' aromatic insecticide compound was studied. It is water soluble, nowirritant and stable within 18 months: According to the standard DB 51/78-91 its toxic efficacy toinsects was observed,KT50 on Culex Fatigans, Musca Domestica and Blattella germanica were 0.73,1.0 and 2.5 minutes respectively; KT95 on them were 1.9,3.3 and 11.2 minutes respectively, and a mortality of 100% was noted in Gulex Fatigans and Musca Domestica within 48 hours. It might reduce cockroaches from their hidden place. The toxicological experiments sliowed that LD50 on wister rats was 10820mg/kg.
