摘要
[目的]调查分析实习护生与临床护士的人格特征,便于护理学生的管理和培养。[方法]采用卡特尔16PF人格测量表,对在临床实习的68名护生和临床工作的65名护士进行测试,所得资料用t检验进行统计学处理。[结果]临床护士与实习护生在稳定性、有恒性、世故性、自律性方面以及6种次级人格因素方面存在差异(P <0 .0 5 )。[结论]在实习初期应注意疏导护生的不良情绪,增强心理调节和适应能力,顺利完成由学生向实习护生的角色转变。
Objective: to investigate the personality features of clinical nurses and nursing practice students. Method: a total of 68 practice students and 65 clinical nurses were investigated by filling out Cartel 16PF scale. Data were processed statistically via t test.Result: there were statistically differences between clinical nurses and practice students in the aspects of stability, invariance, self-discipline and 6 kinds of sub-grade personality factors (P<0.05). Conclusion: one should pay attention to guide ill emotion of nursing students at early practice stage, to enhance their psychological adjusting and adapting abilities, to achieve the role change from student to practice student smoothly.
