抗凝血灭鼠剂新剂型“杀鼠晶”的生物效果评价

抗凝血灭鼠剂新剂型＂杀鼠晶＂，是一类由抗凝血灭鼠剂、增溶剂和添加剂构成的复合物，Ｎ４０－Ｂ和Ｓ４０－Ｂ＂杀鼠晶＂的有效成分为０．５％溴敌隆（Ｂｒｏｍａｄｉｏｌｏｎｅ）；Ｎ４０－Ｃ和Ｓ４０－Ｃ＂杀鼠晶＂的有效成分为０．７５％杀鼠迷（Ｒａｃｕｍｉｎ）．该复合物呈固体颗粒状，易溶于水，对鼠接受性好，灭鼠率高。用＂杀鼠晶＂配制毒饵，操作容易。实验室摄食实验，使用０．００５％Ｎ４０－Ｂ或Ｓ４０－Ｂ和０．０３７５％Ｎ４０－Ｃ或Ｓ４０－Ｃ＂杀鼠晶＂毒饵，毒杀大小白鼠死亡率为９０～１００％。现场试验，处理两周后杀灭率达到９１．０６％～９７．９６％。＂杀鼠晶＂包装、储运既安全又便利。

Anew formuiation of anticoagulant rodenticide'Shashujing'is a kind of complex comp osed of anticoagulant rodenticide, salubilizer and additives.The 0.5% Bromadiolone serves as the active ingredient of N40-B and S40-B Shashujing, and so does the 0.75% Rocumin for N40-C and S49-C Shashujindg.The complex is a mass granule in appearence, readily soluble in water, well palatable and potent to rodents By various methods,'Shashujing'can be formulated as baits easily. A 90～100% mortality was achieved with 0.005% N40-B, S40-B and 0.0375% N4o-C,S40-C Shashujing bait against albino rats and mice in laboratory In the field trials. contro rate reached 91.06～97.96% two weeks after treatment.The new formulation has the advantage of easy package,safe ty storeing and transportion.
