摘要
根据锰铁电炉冶炼的特点,通过理论分析,提出了锰铁电炉节能的关键之一在于提高炉料的比电阻。作者经过长期研究,研制成功成本低、反应性能好,比电阻高的复合炉料,经过生产实践证明,这种复会炉料的效益十分显著。
This paper puts forward one of the keys to energy saving which is the increasingof burden spocific resistivity on the basis of the metallurgical characteristics of ferromanganesesmelting in electric furnace.Author is successful in studying composite burden with low cost,bet-ter reactivity and high resistivity.Producing practice shows that the efficiency of the compositeburden is very well.
