Clashes between Two Knowledge Systems in Rural Society

通过分析乡村社会地方性和现代性两类知识体系冲突的原因,及人们在这一问题上所持的各种态度,提出了未来乡村发展中应采取的策略,以实现乡村社会的和谐发展,赢得人类文化与知识的多样性和多元化。

By analyzing the various causes of and different attitudes towards the conflicts between the two knowledge systems of the rural society (namely, local knowledge system and modern knowledge system), this paper proposes some strategies for the future development of the rural areas in the hope that a harmonious development of the rural society and the pluralization of human cultures and knowledge be achieved.
