普遍性和特殊性的统一、逻辑与历史的统一和抽象与具体的统一 ,是对人权问题科学认知应遵循的三个基本方法。只有这样 ,才能真正把握住人权本身的实际 ;才能既看到人权在历史上是资产阶级的特权 ,又看到它必然会发展为无产阶级和广大劳动人民所应享有的权利 ;

During making scientific researches on the problem of human rights, methods of combination between universality and particularity, between logic and history, and between the abstract and the concreteness are three basic ways that should be abided by. Only in this way the realities of human rights can be grasped; we can not only see that human rights are the privilege of the capitalist class in history, but also see that it will inevitably develop into the right that proletariat and the masses of working people should enjoy; the abstract of human rights can be raised to concrete thought.
