摘要
宁络消癜方以民族民间药物为主组方,集治火治气以宁络,止血化瘀以消癜为一体,治疗过敏性紫癜36例,平均疗程19.5天,治愈率69.4％,有效率94.4％。宁络消癜方可抑制过敏介质的释放,明显降低毛细血管壁通透性和脆性,减少血液有形成份的渗出,抗血栓形成,对血小板聚集有解聚作用,从而对抗变态反应性血管炎。
Ningluo Xiaodiao Fang consisted of folk drugs and Chinese materia medica. It had obvious effects of hemostasis and eliminating stasis. Treatment 36 cases anaphylactoid purpuras with the prescription shows that effect rate was 94.4% and cure rate was 69.4% . The basic mechenism of the action may be to inhibit the release of allergictransmitter, to decrease capllany permeability and seepage of blood cells, to inhibit thrombus formation, to separate the aggregated platelet. These effects suggest that the prescription can be used to treat allergic vasculitis.
