云南建水锰矿选矿厂破碎选别流程的设计与分析

摘要 为了充分利用冶金锰矿资源,提高经济效益、建水锰矿与长沙矿冶研究院合作先后对该矿平台矿区的氧化锰矿,进行了小型和扩大连选试验、获得较好的选矿技术经济指标。长沙冶金设计研究院以此为依据;设计建立年处理3万t的冶金级贫氧化锰矿的选矿厂。根据该矿矿石含泥含粉较高的特点,设计采用了多次筛洗作业,有利于流程的畅通和指标的改善。该项设计经济效益明显:年产含锰33%的精矿1.68万t,可获利润77.07万元,全部投资回收期为3.87年。 In order to sufficiently utillize the metallurgical manganese ore resource and in- crqase economic benefit,Jianshui Manganese Mine with Changsha Mine&Metallurgical ResearchInstitute for Metallurgical Industry co-operate to make batch testing and expanding continuoustesting for the oxidic manganese ore of Pingtai deposit and gain better mineral processing indexand technic-economic index. Based on that,CERLMI designed the mineral processing plant to treatmetallurgical grade product from lean oxidic manganese ore,3 0 thousands crude ores t/a. Ac-cording to the charatexs of high slime and fines in ores,So the designedl flowsheet includes multi-washing-screening program which is advantageous to flowsheet fluent and improving themineral Processing indexs.There is obvious economic benifit in design. After coming into opera-tion, the plant will produce manganes coneentrate(Mn33%)16.8 thousamds t/a,may gain profit770.7 thousands yuan/a and the recovery term of total investment is 3. 87 annual.
