摘要
还原焙烧-氨浸去,是处理贫锰矿和高磷锰矿实现富锰降铁降磷的有效方法之一。本文简介了用此法处理松桃高磷锰矿石的初步试验结果。试验结果表明,锰的浸出率达73.2~89.6%,产品含锰70~72%,产品中几乎不含磷,从而显示了十分民好的前景。
The process of roasting reduction and ammonia loaching is one of the effective ways to deal with the lean manganese ores and the high phosphorus manganese ore, which can in-crease the content of manganese and decrease the content of iron and phosphrus.This paper brie-fly introduced the result of the preliminary experimenf of high phosphorus manganese ore. It in di-cated that the rate of leaching ammonia of manganese reachs 73.2~89.6%,manganese contentin products is 70~72%,and there are almost no phosphorus in the products. Therefore a brightfuture is revealed for us.
