摘要
天然二氧化锰粉是生产电池的主要原料,其质量优劣较大地影响电池的放电性能。生产实践证明,以各种不同特点的天然二氧化锰粉按一定配比制作的电池,无论在电性能或放分上都远比用单种二氧化锰粉制成的电池优异。因而,锰矿搭配使用与采用较合理的配比,不仅能充分利用原料、扩大原料来源,而且也是在锰矿粉质量不断下降下,提高电池质量的重要指施。本文,通过大量的对天然二氧化锰粉搭配使用的实验,提出最优配方,并进而探讨搭配效应。

Producfion practicesshowed that the batteries using combined natural manganese dioxide powders with differentfeatures display better performance compared to those Lisinig a single natural product.There-fore,the combined use of different manganese ores at a reasonable ratio is an important measure for improving the availability of mangai1ese resources and quality of battery in the condi-fion of decreasing quality of mangai1ese ore powder. In this paper the optimum, formula forthe combined use is developed from the test data.
