摘要
一种基于直流电刺激的细胞生长培养系统。实现了在μA级电流情况下对组织细胞进行刺激,能完成实时刺激数据的采集、特征信号的数据分析、处理和波形显示等操作。恒流源的电流的输出范围为1~100μA,相对误差小于5%。
This paper introduces a system for cellular growth and cultivation based on galvanic stimulation. The system can accomplish the stimulation on the cell with microampere-level current, real-time data acquisition, data analysis, processing and waveform display. The output current of the constant-current source is between 1μA and 100μA and its relative error is less than 5%.
