摘要
目的:用超声法提取孜然中的黄酮并测定其含量。方法:以分光光度法定量分析孜然中的黄酮化不分含量。结果:不同地区的孜然中黄酮的含量不同。结论:该测定方法操作技术简便、灵敏度高。
The study is desiged to compare the contents of total flovone in cuminu cyminum in growing places of Xinjiang.And the method used for the study is Color-metric one by rutin servel as control, wave length at 50nm. And the result obtained is the average recovery 95.53%,RSD1.745%(n=6)conclusion,and the contents of total flavone show great difference with the chnage of growing pleces of Cuminum cyminum i.
