复方淫羊藿胶囊质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standards of Complex Prescription of Yinyanghuo Capsules

目的建立复方淫羊藿胶囊的质量控制方法。方法用薄层色谱法对复方淫羊藿胶囊制剂中的淫羊藿、女贞子进行定性鉴别,HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷的含量。结果鉴别方法专属性好,测定淫羊藿苷的线性范围为4.096μg·mL-1～24.576μg·mL-1,r=0.9995,平均加样回收率99.43%,RSD=0.62%(n=6)。结论方法专属性好,稳定,可用于复方淫羊藿胶囊的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To develop effective methods for complex prescription of Yinyanghuo capsules.METHODS TLC was performed to identify Epimedium sagittatum Maxim,Fructus ligustri lucidi in complex prescription of Yinyanghuo capsules.HPLC was used to detemine the content of icariin. RESULTS The standard curve of icariin by HPLC was linear in the range of 4.096μg·mL -1～24.576μg·mL -1,r=0.9995,the average recovery of icariin was 99.43%,RSD=0.62%(n=6).CONCLUSION The methods arc simple, sens5tive and accurate.Conclusion:The methods are simple, sensitive and accurate.These studies pmvide the scientific base for quality control of complex prescription of Yinyanghuo capsules.
