平武石坎锰精矿冷固球团还原焙烧试验研究

摘要 本研究采用冷固球团+回转窑还原焙烧工艺来处理平武锰精矿,球团内配碳含碳量为4.4%,粒度3~5mm,还原温度为900℃,时间为1h,还原过程中不需外配还原剂。经过6h的0.6m×3m回转窑还原焙烧连续试验取得了MnO_2最高还原率达93.96%,平均还原率为91.85%,产能为2.4t/m ̄3d的好结果。这些结果为工业试验及生产提供了可靠的技术依据。 Reducing roast is used to deal with Ping Wu manganese concentrates inthe form of cold hardening pellets which contain 4.4%carbon and have particle sizes of 3mmto 5mm. No extra reducing agent is needed under the conditions of 900℃ temperature and 1hour time for the reduction.Results of continuous test for the reducing roast in a 0.6m by3m rotary furnace for 6 hours show that the maximum and average percentage of reducedMnO_2 are 93. 96%and 91.5%respectively and the throughput capacity is 2.4t/m ̄3·d.Theresults can be used for the basis of the corresponding trial and production.
