摘要
目的建立紫外分光光度法测定异烟肼片的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法在263nm波长处直接测定异烟肼片的含量。结果本品在3.77～28.26μg·mL-1范围内吸收度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.96%,RSD为0.14%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确、快速。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of isoniazid tablets by UV-spectrophotometry.METHODS UV-pectrophotometry was used at determine the content of isoniazid tablets with waveleng-th 263nm.RESULTS There was a good linear within the range of 3.77～28.26μg·mL -1with absorb(r=9999).The average recovery was 99.96%,RSD=0.14%(N=6).CONCLUSION This method was simple,accurate and rapid.
