摘要
利用南昌霉素在较低pH介质中加热时易降解而梅岭霉素较稳定的性质,结合溶剂萃取法除去杂质,纯化梅岭霉素。经全波长扫描、HPLC和质谱分析等,推测梅岭霉素同系物的分子结构。
Meilingmycin was separated and purified by taking the advantage of the different properties of nanchangmycin and meilingmycin. The former degraded when heating at low pH condition while the latter kept intact. The impurities formed after treatment were removed by solvent extraction. On the basis of results of the full wave scanning, HPLC determination and mass spectrum analysis, the molecular formulas of meilingmycin homologues had been proposed.
