摘要 建立了快速、有效鉴别不同厂家生产的甲硝唑片的方法。直接采集样品的近红外漫反射光谱,并进行褶合变换-可视化指纹图谱-相似系数分析,根据相似系数即可鉴别不同厂家的样品。 A rapid and effective method was established for identification of the products from different manufacturers. Metronidazole tablets were used as the model drug. The near infrared spectra of metronidazole tablets were determined directly by near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (NIRDRS), and treated by convolution transform-visualized fingerprint-similarity coefficient analytical system. The preparations were identified according the similarity coefficient.
