摘要
21世纪是人才竞争的世纪,是能力竞争的世纪,人力资源能力是社会竞争中的核心竞争力。研究表明,在现代社会中,人的体能、技能、智能三者存在一定的比例关系,以此确立人力资源能力方程式,构建能力测评模型。通过能力测评模型分析,可以发现人力资源能力建设的理论价值和现实价值。
The 21st century features competition in human resources and competence. Human resource competence is the nuclear of social competition. Research indicates that in the modern society, human beings' physical capacity, skills and intelligence are proportional in a sense, which constitutes the equation of identifying human resource competence and a competence assessment model. With the analysis by means of the competence assessment model, we can find the theoretical and practical value of the construction of human resource competence.
