摘要
雇员忠诚保险属于保证保险,是财产保险的一种,保险人承保的危险是雇员的不忠诚,作为一项品质的忠诚在企业规避风险的过程中被物化。雇员不忠诚导致财产损失风险的大量存在是雇员忠诚保险得以存续的基础。我国雇员忠诚保险的主要内容需符合国家有关财产保险的原则性规定,而其独具特色的条款设计可从五个方面来进行:承保的形式、雇员身份的认定、适用的地区与时间、基本承保责任、保险金额与费率。
Employee loyalty insurance (ELI), a particular form of property insurance, provides an employer with insurance cover for financial loss resulting from employee dishonesty. As a personalized matter, loyalty is materialized in the course of industry risk management. The risk of employee dishonesty occurs in magnitude, which forms the basis of employee loyalty insurance. The design of the main content of ELI in China conforms to the principle stipulations of the national property insurance law. As far as the design of the specific articles is concerned, it is assumed that five areas need to be considered: .form of insurance, identification of employee, the area where and the time when the insurance can apply, basic liabilities, amounts insured and insurance rates.
