目的合成-2-氨基- 4-二甲氨基- 6 -取代- 1, 3, 5- 三嗪化合物。方法以二甲双胍为起始原料,生成2 氨基- 4 -二甲氨基-6 -取代- 1, 3, 5 -三嗪化合物。结果与结论合成7个-2 -氨基-4 -二甲氨基- 6 -取代- 1, 3, 5- 三嗪化合物,所合成化合物通过1H-NMR、MS确认其结构。

Seven derivatives of 2-amino-4-dimethylamino-1,3,5-triazine were synthesized using metformin as the starting material and their structures characterized by ~1H-NMR and MS.
