摘要
农业和农村经济的发展、农民收入水平的提高,存在着“资金制约”问题。我国信用社制度化的农户小额信贷供给与农户普遍的小额信贷需求之间存在着“荒谬的缺口”。分析农户小额信用贷款的理论依据和国外实施机制和我国农户小额信用贷款目前存在的问题,并结合我国国情提出相应对策,对进一步推动农村全面实施农户小额信贷十分必要。
It's been found out that one of the problems that hinders the development of rural economy and improvement of farmers' income levels is'funds restriction'. A'ridiculous gap' exits between the institutional supplies and the prevail demands of farmers' small scale credit. This article analyzes the current problems of farmers' small scale credit and its international applying mechanism. And some corresponding solutions are proposed.
