ZAP-70在慢性淋巴细胞白血病中的表达及意义
摘要
慢性淋巴细胞白血病是预后异质性很大的疾病。ZAP-70是一种蛋白酪氨酸激酶,在约50％ B-CLL表达,与IgVH基因突变、细胞遗传学改变和CD38有明显相关性,已被作为一项独立预后指标,对临床指导治疗有重要价值。
