凝血因子ⅩⅢ基因表达的调控及功能研究进展
摘要
凝血因子XⅢ(coagulation factor XⅢ,F XⅢ)是催化凝血过程的最后一个凝血因子,其不仅参与止血过程,而且与组织修复、伤口愈合、炎症、肿瘤、妊娠等病理生理过程密切相关。近年来通过基因分析和X-线结晶衍射图阐明了F XⅢ许多结构和功能的特性。本文就F XⅢ基因表达的调节及其功能进行综述。
