摘要
异基因造血干细胞移植是治疗恶性血液病最有效的手段之一,但人类白细胞抗原(HLA)屏障限制了其广泛应用。随着免疫学、分子生物学、细胞生物学理论和技术的不断发展,HLA半相合造血干细胞移植日益受到关注。本文就其研究进展作一综述。
