白血病抑制因子:不仅仅是一种肿瘤相关细胞因子

摘要 白血病抑制因子(LIF)是一种糖蛋白类的细胞因子,可由机体许多组织诱导产生。LIF可与效应细胞表面的异源二聚体型膜受体结合发挥作用,这种异源二聚体膜受体由低亲和力LIF特异性受体和gp130受体链组成,其中gp130也参与构成白细胞介素-6、抑瘤素M、心肌营养因子-1和睫状神经营养因子的受体。LIF不仅作用于肿瘤组织和细胞,而且还可维持胚胎干细胞的自我更新,刺激血小板的形成, 参与一些造血细胞的增殖和骨组织的形成等。
