摘要
铸件的残余应力是影响铸件加工精度及尺寸稳定性的主要原因之一。为了消除铸件残余应力,本文提出一种新的时效方法———静态作用应力法。通过对相同批次的铸件采用不同的时效方法处理后,对消除残余应力的结果进行对比分析,结果表明:静态作用应力法对消除铸件残余应力效果明显,该法工艺简单、成本低,且不降低材料的其它性能。
The casting residual stress is one of the major factors to decreasing machining precision and dimension stability.In order to reduce the casting residual stress,a new aging method,static force method was introduced.The experiment result of treating the same casting parts by using the three different aging methods shows that the static force aging method has a biggest effect on reducing the casting residual stress.The static force method has simplest process and lowest cost,and doesn’t decrease the other performances of material.
