摘要 应用轴承设计软件采用有限体积法计算了连杆大头轴承转速、油孔位置、供油压力以及穴蚀对轴承性能的影响。结果表明,有限体积法能精确地确定完整油膜区和空穴区,其结果更符合实际情况。 Finite volume method (FVM) was applied to calculate the effects of different rotating speed, the location of oil feed holes, oil supply pressures and cavitation on performance of conrod big-end bearing by the bearing design software. The result shows that FVM can accurately determine the cavitation regions and the regions that are fully flooded, and it is more fitted to the fact.
