摘要
针对多辊筒碾压机压辊轴颈磨损严重的问题,对其进行了故障分析和改造。结果表明,通过选用强度优异的轴套作为摩擦副,缩减沟槽尺寸以增加轴套与轴颈的接触面长度,改善了摩擦副的润滑状况,减少了磨损,满足了生产需要。
Aimed at the wear problem of roll axle neck, failure analysis and rebuilding were made for multi-roller mill. By choosing the material of axle sleeve with high strength and decreasing the length of contact face for axle sleeve and axle neck, the lubrication condition of friction pairs was improved, and the wear was decreased.
