摘要
分析了乙烯裂解炉传统硬密封方式所存在的问题,研制了一种乙烯裂解炉软密封装置,并对其经济性能进行了分析。该软密封装置在燕山石化一公司的乙烯裂解炉上进行了应用,结果表明产品满足设计和使用要求,性能稳定、质量可靠。
The leakage problems of ethylene cracking furnace coming from using traditional rigidity sealing equipment were analyzed. The soft sealing equipment of ethylene cracking furnace was developed, and it was applied in Yanshan Petrochemical No.1 Corporation's ethylene cracking furnaces. The results indicate that the soft sealing equipment can meet the process requirement, its performance is stable, and its quality is credible.
