this paper expounds the origin of ideological co-authorship during the yan'an period. its formation at yan'an is a complicated process. in a sense, co-authorship is an inevitable product of the logic of new ideological discourse, a style of literary production oriented towards the views of 'party's literature', and a necessary coping strategy adopted by writers at yan'an in spiritual transformation.
