高校科技企业治理结构改革——一种博弈理论框架的分析

Reform in Corporate Governance Structure in University Technological Enterprise—An Analysis on Framework of Game Theory

高校科技企业的兴起是我国经济体制改革中最值得研究的问题之一。它经历了由盛而衰的过程,其中的原因令人深思。文章将公司治理结构作为研究的切入点,在对高校科技企业治理结构的变迁进行考察的基础上,运用多任务委托代理模型来解释其治理结构低效的原因,最后得出若干具有启示性的结论。

Technological enterprises in universities are worthy to be studied in reform of economic system in China. Their ebb and flow brings a lot of problems. This paper explains why the governance structure is inefficient with multi-task principal-agent model. Based on the inspecting of the transition of the corporate governance structure, two enlightening conclusions are drawn to solve the problems.
