摘要
本文以生态学中的logistic模型为主线,基于竞争性和合法性两个概念分析了企业的成长过程。并针对企业发展的三个阶段分别提出了定义顾客价值概念、建立协同关系和选择特化或泛化策略的建议。
The developing strategy of an enterpries is analyzed based on the logistic model and the two conceptions: competition and legitimacy. The suggestions, defining customer value proposition, constructing cooperative relation and choosing generalization or specialization according to enterprise's three stages are put forward.
